  1. 01

    Workshop 1 — Kick-off

    Dates
    October 2026
    Location / format
    Online
    Host
    VuxAcademy AB

Partners align on objectives, quality criteria and working methods, and launch a baseline survey of participating teachers' starting AI skills. The survey results define what the first modules must cover.

  2. 02

    Workshop 2 — Course design

    Dates
    April 2027
    Location / format
    In person, Rio Maior, Portugal
    Host
EPRM – Escola Profissional de Rio Maior

Hands-on work with AI teaching tools in a vocational setting, followed by drafting of the first training modules. Teachers leave with lesson material they can try immediately.

  3. 03

    Workshop 3 — Platform activation

    Dates
    September 2027
    Location / format
    Online
    Host
EPRM – Escola Profissional de Rio Maior

The digital learning platform goes live with the draft modules, and the classroom pilots are prepared: participating classes, consent, observation notes and evaluation instruments.

    Workshop 4 — Classroom piloting

    Dates
    October 2027
    Location / format
    In person, Timișoara, Romania
    Host
    Colegiul Tehnic Emanuil Ungureanu

Teachers deliver AI-supported lessons with real VET students, observe each other and then train colleagues in the same techniques — the first live test of the train-the-trainer model.

  5. 05

    Dates
    December 2027
    Location / format
    Online
    Host
    Colegiul Tehnic Emanuil Ungureanu

Pilot data and teacher feedback are analysed together, and the course materials are revised: what confused students, what saved teachers time, what needs to be cut.

    Dates
    February 2028
    Location / format
    Online
    Host
    VuxAcademy AB

Final validation of the course and Best Practice Guide, plus a sustainability plan that keeps both freely available and maintained after the funding period ends.
