EU_EMBLEM — official emblem of the European Union

AI4VET is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme, Small-Scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training (KA210-VET).

What the project delivers

Four concrete outcomes, designed around what vocational teachers actually need in the workshop and the classroom.

01

Practical AI skills for teachers

Hands-on competence with AI tools that fit trade teaching — lesson preparation, differentiated tasks, assessment support and responsible use with students.

02

A reusable open-access course

A modular AI Upskilling Course published openly, so any VET school can run it with its own staff.

03

Classroom-tested with real students

Every module is piloted in live vocational lessons in Portugal and Romania, then revised on the basis of what worked with real learners.

04

A train-the-trainer model

Participating teachers are prepared to train colleagues, so capacity stays in your school after the project closes.

What this means for your school

Written for heads of school, deputy heads and professional development coordinators.

Staff development at no cost to adopt

The course and all supporting materials are open educational resources. Your institution invests staff time, not budget.

Alignment with EU priorities

The work maps directly onto European digital transformation and VET modernisation priorities, which supports your own quality and funding reporting.

A model you keep

The train-the-trainer structure and the Best Practice Guide remain usable in your institution long after the project ends.
